You can get a State Pension Forecast form from the resource centre in The Pension Service website.
Or you can apply for one over the phone by calling the Retirement Pension Forecasting Team on 0845 3000 168 (textphone 0845 3000 169). They will fill in the forecasting form with you over the phone.
