London's Identity Theft Hot Spots
North Londoners most at risk from Identity Theft this Christmas
One in four of the UK's stolen identity cases took place in the capital in the last year and Enfield is London's top identity theft hot spot, reveals credit reference agency Experian. Enfield residents are more than twice as likely to become victims of identity theft than in the average London borough.
Bexley and Harrow are the second and third London boroughs most at risk from identity theft, with residents more likely to be victims of identity theft in these areas than any other London borough. Spelthorne, Redbridge and Hackney are also in the top six boroughs favoured by identity fraudsters.

The league table is compiled by the percentage of London's victims of identity theft in each borough as a proportion of the adult population in each borough.
