A
certificate of compliance with Planning Permission and the Building
Regulations be produced at each stage. This compliance is only acceptable
if provided by one of the following professionals;
Chartered
or Structural engineers;
Person with
a degree qualification in Architecture who is an RIAI/RIBA
member;
A person
who is in practise as an Architect on their own account or as an Engineer
in the Construction industry for 10 years or more, but not holding a
degree qualification;
A Qualified
Building Surveyor who is a member of RICS. |
