HELSINKI, Aug 31 (Reuters) - The following stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday:
NORDEA
The Nordic region's biggest bank said it had signed a deal to buy state-administered Danish bank Fionia Bank (Copenhagen: AMSP.CO - news) for 121 million euros ($174 million).
Nordea said in a statement the purchase excluded the 'bad bank' portion of Fionia which fell into the hands of state administrators in February after heavy writedowns and loan losses from a property bubble that burst.

The Finnish crane maker holds its extra general meeting starting at 0800 GMT, where it seeks approval to issue up to 12 million shares, around 19 percent of the current total, as the market could offer 'new interesting M&A activities'.
