Spain's Vocento sells remaining stake in Telecinco
MADRID, July 31 (Reuters) - Spanish media group Vocento (Madrid: VOC.MC - news) sold its remaining 2.9 percent stake in peer Telecinco
(Madrid: TL5.MC - news) on Friday for 7.8 euros ($11.01) a share and a total of 55.8 million euros.
Vocento said it would make capital gains of 41.4 million euros from the sale.
On Thursday, Vocento sold its other 2.1 percent in the broadcaster for 39.5 million euros at 7.35 euros per share.
