ProLogis invests 91.7 million euros into its private equity fund PEPF II
AMSTERDAM (Thomson Financial) - ProLogis European Properties (PEPR) said it has invested 91.7 million euros into ProLogis European Properties Fund II (PEPF II), a private equity fund established by ProLogis in August 2007.
PEPR has committed to an investment of 900 million euros over the next three years to the fund.
The investment was entirely funded from existing credit facilities and increases PEPR's gross investment in PEPF II to 225.0 million euros while ownership remained at 30 percent.
