BRIEF-Intercontinental to restructure Asia Pacific ops
LONDON, June 30 (Reuters) - Intercontinental Hotels Group Plc:
* Announces significant cost savings including restructuring of Asia pacific
region.
* IHG's operations in Greater China (GCHC.PK
- news) are now of sufficient scale that they will become a separate business unit.
* As a result of the changes, Peter Gowers, currently Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific will leave the business on 31 July.
