BRIEF-Landore Resources to place 7.8 mln new shares
LONDON, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Landore Resources Ltd (LSE: LND.L - news) :
* To place 7.8 million new shares at price of 14 pence per share to raise 1.1
million pounds before expenses.
* Says proceeds from the placing will be used to finance working capital and
exploration expenditure.
