UBS initiated coverage of Dow Chemical Co with a 'buy' rating and
$25 price target on Wednesday, saying the reduction in financial risk from
further deleveraging could result in additional upside.
The firm said that a strategic sale or partial IPO of the Dow AgroSciences
business could release significant value, and Dow has indicated it is pursuing
both options.
