LONDON, June 29 (Reuters) - Titan Europe Plc:
* Sees group revenue about 35% lower at half-year period end versus same stage
last year
* Sees first half results will show a loss
* Trading performance for year ending December 31 2009 currently remains
in-line with market forecasts
* Says headcount since beginning of year to end may has been reduced by
equivalent of about 35%
* Says discussions on future business with the group's key customers are
generally positive
