Czech NWR moves IPO bookbuilding closing, final pricing dates forward

PRAGUE (Thomson Financial) - Czech coal miner New World Resources (NWR) said it has brought the final pricing date in its initial public offering forward a day to May 6, with institutional bookbuilding to end on May 2, instead of the planned end-date of May 7.

In a release, NWR said trading in its shares should begin May 9 in London and Prague, and on May 12 in Warsaw.

Last week, NWR, owner of the Czech Republic's largest hard coal mines OKD, set its IPO price range at 10.75 pounds to 13.25 pounds per share, offering up to 83.01 million shares, or 31.5 percent of its share capital.
