Sony reports 200 mln dollar Q3 operating loss
TOKYO (AFP) - Japan's Sony Corp (Munich: SON1.MU - news) . reported Thursday an operating loss of 18 billion yen (200 million dollars) for the fiscal third quarter because of weak sales of electronic goods and a stronger yen.
The company maintained its forecast for an operating loss of 260 billion yen -- its biggest ever -- for the full financial year to March.
