upgrades Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN - news) , cuts SanDisk

Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS - news) on Wednesday upgraded Texas Instruments Inc to 'buy'
from 'neutral,' citing a greater potential for margin expansion.
At the same time, Goldman downgraded SanDisk (NASDAQ: SNDK - news) to 'neutral,' citing
valuation.
Despite that, the firm wrote that near-term downside risk for SanDisk
should be limited as long as NAND supply-demand was in balance and pricing was
stable.
