BEFORE THE BELL-Goldman cuts Sandisk, ups Texas Instruments
NEW YORK, Oct 28 (Reuters) - SanDisk Corp (NASDAQ: SNDK - news) shares fell 2.5 percent to $22.12 in premarket trade on Wednesday after Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS - news) cut the flash memory maker to 'neutral' while Texas Instruments Inc (NYSE: TXN - news) gained 1.3 percent to $24.11 after the firm boosted the company to a 'buy.'
