Lithuania finmin says plans eurobond in weeks
MARIEFRED, Sweden, May 27 (Reuters) - Lithuanian Finance Minister Algirdas Semeta said on Wednesday the country plans to launch a 500-600 million euro eurobond in the 'coming weeks'.
'We are planning to go to the market. We expect that currently there is a window of perception in the market that is very much better,' Semeta told Reuters on the sidelines of a meeting senior officials from around the Baltic Sea region.
'Our CDSs have fallen ... and reached levels which they were at six months ago, so we think that there is a possibility to enter international markets rather soon.'
Semeta said Lithuania had appointed Citibank, Credit Suisse and RBS (LSE: RBS.L - news) as lead managers on the eurobond. Keywords: LITHUANIA FINMIN/
