Walgreen to market clothing line
DEERFIELD, Ill. (AP) - Drugstore operator Walgreen Co (NYSE: WAG - news) . on Thursday said it will sell a line of clothing for men and women at its stores called Casual Gear, beginning next week.
The line is exclusive to Walgreen and includes T-shirts, tank tops, vests and other items for men and women.
Prices range from $6.99 to $14.99.
Casual Gear is the first apparel collection available chain wide, but the company has sold seasonal apparel items previously. The line was created with wonderbrand, a San Francisco-based branding company.
Shares fell 7 cents to $37.89 in morning trading.
