TG21 says shareholder Peter Gyllenhammar raises stake in company to 19.8 pct
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - TG21 PLC (LSE: TGP.L - news) said shareholder Peter Gyllenhammar, through his wholly-owned companies Bronsstadet
AB and Union Discount Co of London PLC, has raised his stake to 19.8 pct or 16.138 mln shares in the company.
The company said that Bronsstadet AB holds 4.50 mln shares, and Union Discount Company of London PLC holds 11.64 mln shares.
