ProLogis invests 42 million euros in its private equity fund PEPF II
AMSTERDAM (Thomson Financial) - ProLogis European Properties (PEPR) said that it has invested a further 42 million euros in ProLogis European Properties Fund II (PEPF II), a private equity fund established by ProLogis in August 2007.
The investment, entirely funded from existing credit facilities, combined with the investment in May of 28.2 million euros, is in line with the company's target of investing 60 million euros to 80 million euros in the fund this year.
PEPR said the transaction increases PEPR's gross investment in PEPF II to 295.2 million euros, of an anticipated long-term investment of 900 million euros, and maintain's PEPR's 30 percent ownership.
