Belgacom's Skynet unit sells Extenseo to Aegis Media Belgium Group

BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - Belgacom SA (Brussels: BELG.BR - news) says its internet music and entertainment downloading service unit Skynet has reached an agreement with Aegis Media Belgium Group to sell its Extenseo subsidiary.

Extenseo, which was founded in 1998 and acquired by Skynet in 2005, is active in the field of referencing on search engines (Search Engine Marketing), mainly Google (NASDAQ: GOOG - news) in Belgium.

The agreement will be effective as of Jan 1.
