BEFORE THE BELL-EA shares down after Microsoft says won't bid

NEW YORK, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Shares of Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: ERTS - news) fell 3.2 percent to $19.20 in premarket trading on Thursday after a Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT - news) executive said the software company had no plans to buy EA.
