On Sept. 9, Acambis (LSE: ACM.L - news) shareholders approved its acquisition by Sanofi Pasteur Holding at 190 pence in cash per share, valuing Acambis' issued share capital at about 276 million pounds. Sanofi Pasteur is a unit of Sanofi (Paris: FR0000120578 - news) -Aventis. Accordingly Acambis' shares will be delisted with effect from Sept 25, after the scheme court approved the company's merger by Sanofi Pasteur Holding.
