BRIEF-Myspace says reducing international staff, closing at least 4 offices outside U.S.

June 23 (Reuters) - News Corp:

* Myspace proposes international restructuring

* Myspace says reducing myspace's international staff from 450 employees to

about 150 employees

* Myspace says closing at least 4 of its offices outside the United States

* Myspace says London, Berlin and Sydney would become the primary regional hubs

for its international operations

* Myspace says myspace China and myspace's joint venture in Japan would not be

affected by the proposed plan

* Myspace says to place offices in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, France, India

under review for possible restructure

* Myspace says to also place offices in Italy, Mexico, Russia, Sweden, and

Spain under review for possible restructure
