PARIS (Thomson Financial) - The Bank (TBHS - news) of France said it allocated a further 235 million euros of inflation-linked Treasury
bonds (OATi and OATei) following Thursday's auction.

Primary market dealers are entitled to submit non-competitive bids the day after an auction to receive OATs at the average accepted price.

The Treasury allocated an extra 209 million euros of the 15-year OATi bonds and another 26 million euros of 12-year OATei bonds.

This increases the total amount of bonds sold at the auction to 1.894 billion euros, of which 994 million of the OATi bonds and 900 of the OATei bonds.

OATi are linked to French consumer inflation trends ex-tobacco, while OATei are indexed to European CPI.
