HONG KONG, Feb 23 (Reuters) - The following are planned or potential foreign-currency denominated debt issuances from Asia, excluding Japan. The most recently announced or priced deal is highlighted first, followed by other potential issuances
listed by the expected timeframe for the deal. LATEST DEVELOPMENTS: ================================================================ ISSUER SIZE PRICING LEADS TENOR RATINGS (S&P/MOODY'S) ================================================================ Indonesia -- -- Barclays (LSE: BARC.L - news) / -- BB-/Ba3 UBS (Indonesia still plans to launch global bonds and global sukuks, Finance Mininster Sri Mulyani Indrawati said on Feb. 23. The country previously appointed Barclays and UBS (Virt-X: UBSN.VX - news) as underwriters for a dollar bond issuance. and The country on Feb. 21 also announced it will issue up to $1.5 billion of Samurai bonds from March, with the debt to be guaranteed by state-backed Japan Bank for International Cooperation.) ---------------------------------------------------------------- Industrial -- -- Citi/ -- A/A2 Bank of Merrill Korea (IBK plans a non-deal roadshow the week of Feb. 23 with stops in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong.
