BRIEF-EMC CEO sees slow but steady recovery in 2009
BOSTON, Oct 22 (Reuters) - EMC Corp (NYSE: EMC - news) :
* CFO sees 2009 full-year it spending down in the very-high single digits to
very-low double digits on percentage basis
* CFO says Data Domain business was up about 40 percent in the third quarter
* CEO says that 'the predictability' of business was 'very good' throughout Q3
* CEO says expects slow but steady recovery in 2010
