Diamond Management & Technology Consultants initiated with "market perform"
NEW YORK, December 20 (newratings.com) - Analyst Devang Kothari of JMP Securities initiates coverage of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants Inc (ticker: DTPI) with a "market perform" rating.
In a research note published this morning,
the analyst mentions that Diamond Management & Technology Consultants has a differentiated offering in the IT Services industry due to its unique position. Diamond Management & Technology Consultants' key vertical, Financial Services, contributes 28% of the total revenues and is likely to be weak in 2008 on account of the recent sub-prime crisis, the analyst says. The company is likely to generate EPS from continuing operations of $0.40 in FY08, in-line with the consensus, and net revenues of $187 million, short of the consensus, JMP Securities adds.
