Pertamina plans to raise Cepu stake to 50 pct

BANGKOK, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Indonesia's state oil and gas firm PT Pertamina plans to raise its stake in the Cepu oil field to 50 percent from 45 percent, its chief financial officer said on Wednesday.

Ferederick Siahaan also
said the company wanted to issue a $1 billion bond on international markets. He did not say when this would happen.

He was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a conference in Bangkok.
