Aggressive and US Smaller Companies funds into the US Equity Fund.

The Invesco Perpetual US Equity Fund will continue to be managed by Andrew Shard, who joined Invesco Perpetual late last year from Lehman Brothers. The fund will focus on investing in larger companies. Existing investors in either US Aggressive or US Smaller Companies may want to re-evaluate whether the different approach taken by a broadly-based core holding such as Invesco Perpetual US Equity Fund will meet their investment needs.

The merger proposals are subject to a shareholder vote. If approval is granted then Invesco Perpetual will merge the funds on 23 May 2008.
