Media (LSE: CAU.L - news) rises as decline slows

Shares in Centaur Media Plc rise 9 percent to a 10 month high after the business publisher says, alongside full year results, that the rate of decline has slowed in July and August and there is evidence of some stabilisation.
'All in all (this is) enough to provide encouragement for the bulls, but probably insufficient for the shares to break out of their trading range,' Evolution Securities' analyst Adrian Kearsey says in a note.
'Centaur has also continued to invest in the IT platform. While some see this as an unnecessary luxury, it is ensuring its relative competitive position is extended, maximising returns as markets improve,' adds Kearsey, who has a 'buy' rating on the stock.
