Lufthansa sets bond size at 850 mln euros -IFR
LONDON, March 17 (Reuters) - German airline Lufthansa (Xetra: 823212 - news) has set the size of a planned five-year bond at 850 million euros ($1.1 billion) and tightened guidance, IFR reported on Tuesday.
Guidance on the bond has been tightened to mid-swaps plus 410 basis points from initial guidance set at mid-swaps plus around 425 basis points, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters (TRI.TO - news) online news and market analysis service.
Deutsche Bank (Xetra: 514000 - news) , JP Morgan and Societe Generale (Paris: FR0000130809 - news) have been appointed to manage the issue, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
The German airline is rated BBB by Standard & Poor's and Baa3 by Moody's Investors Service.
