upgrades Aetna (NYSE: AET - news) , downgrades Coventry

Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS - news) on Wednesday upgraded Aetna to
'neutral' from 'sell' and removed the company from its Americas
Sell List 'to reflect the company's pricing actions across most
markets to stabilize margins.'
At the same time, Goldman downgraded Coventry to
'sell' from 'neutral,' saying the company was at elevated risk
from near-term cost trend pressure.
Shares of Aetna closed Tuesday at $29.97 while Coventry
closed at $23.07.
