Absolute Capital Management says shareholders approve Argo demerger
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Fund management company Absolute Capital Management Holdings Ltd. said its shareholders have approved the demerger of the Argo business and that it will now distribute shares of Argo Group Ltd. to its shareholders.
The company said it has appointed Jonathan Treacher as its non-executive chairman and that Glenn Kennedy as chief executive, effective immediately.
