Steppe Cement says non-executive chairman John Richardson resigns UPDATE

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Malaysian-incorporated cement company Steppe Cement Ltd (LSE: STCM.L - news) . said non-executive chairman John Richardson has resigned.
The company did not provide any further details.
In November 2007, Richardson sold 440,000 shares in the company, and then sold his remaining holding of 60,000 shares the following month.
