CORRECTION Chariot Oil to raise 45 mln pounds from AIM listing
(Corrects amount raised in item transmitted Wednesday to 45 mln pounds)
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Chariot Oil & Gas Ltd. said it will raise about 45 million pounds before expenses via a placing at 130 pence each on its admission
to trading on AIM, expected to take place on Monday May 19.
The company said about 141.2 million shares will be admitted to AIM. Based on the placing price, this gives a market capitalisation of approximately 184 million pounds.
