Russia's Globaltrans IPO of up to 33.92 mln GDRs priced at $11.50-$15.00
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Globaltrans Investment PLC said it priced its initial public offering of global depository receipts (GDRs) on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: LSE.L - news)
at between $11.50 to $15.00.
The offering will consist of up to 33,918,128 GDRs representing newly issued shares, allowing the freight rail operator to raise about $390 million to $509 million.
Globaltrans will have a free float of 29 percent should it sell the entire offering.
