Trading Emissions says shareholder Lansdowne UK Equity Fund buys 4.11 pct in co
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Trading Emissions Plc (LSE: TRE.L - news) . said shareholder Lansdowne UK Equity Fund Limited has bought 11.5
million shares or 4.11 percent stake in the company on May 13.
Earlier today, the company said it has agreed to buy renewable power company Econergy International Plc (LSE: ECG.L - news) . in a cash or shares deal valuing Econergy at about 27 million pounds.
