ITV says non-executive director Brian Pitman retires from company
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ITV Plc (LSE: ITV.L - news) . said Brian Pitman, chairman of the company on its formation and a non-executive director since 2004, has retired from the company.
Earlier today, ITV said its turnaround plan remains on track, and that first-quarter revenues increased 3 percent year-on-year.
