Amiad Filtration non-exec chairman Heifetz to step down with immediate effect
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd (LSE: AFS.L - news) . said Abraham Heifetz will step down from his position as non-executive chairman with immediate effect and will be succeeded by Tal Yeshua, who has been a non-executive director since February.
Heifetz will continue to serve as a non-executive director until Aug. 31, 2008, the maker of water filters and filtration systems said.
Yeshua is currently the chairman of Kibbutz Amiad, chairman of Termokir Industries (1980) Ltd. and Liam-Tnuvot Ltd.
