Polo Resources says appoints Neil Herbert as deputy chairman
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Natural (Oslo: AKBM.OL - news) resources investment company, Polo Resources Ltd (LSE: PRL.L - news) ., said it has appointed Neil Herbert as the deputy chairman of the company.
Neil Herbert was previously finance director of UraMin Inc. from July 2005 until its sale to Areva (Paris: FR0004275832 - news) in 2007 for $2.5 billion.
Herbert holds 5 million shares or about 0.4 percent of the issue share capital of Polo Resources, the company added.
