Ennstone appoints director Eric Gadsden as non-executive deputy chairman
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Building products supplier Ennstone Plc. said it has appointed its senior independent director Eric Gadsden as non-executive deputy chairman.
Gadsden is also executive chairman of Michelmersh Brick Holdings
Plc. and managing director of WE Black Limited, a Buckinghamshire-based property company.
On May 13, Ennstone (LSE: ENN.L - news) said its overall trading in the first quarter was in line with management's expectations and the company believes that it will continue its progress in 2008.
