LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Mironovskiy Hleboproduct S.A. (MHP) said it intends to proceed with an initial public offering in the form of global depositary receipts to be listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: LSE.L

MHP, an Ukraine-based poultry and agroindustrial producer, said it intends to use the net IPO proceeds to finance the expansion of its grain and poultry businesses through capital expenditures and potentially through selective acquisitions.
