EDF Energies Nouvelles boosts stake in Spain's Fotosolar to 90 pct from 50 pct
PARIS (Thomson Financial) - EDF Energies Nouvelles (Paris: FR0010400143 - news) is increasing its stake in Spain's Fotosolar to 90 percent from 50 percent to 'accelerate the development of its solar activities'.
The group said it plans to make full use of synergies within the group.
The group took a 45.5 percent stake in Fotosolar in 2006 and increased it to 50 percent at the start of this year.
