Eastern European Property says United Bulgarian Bank signs 5-year lease deal
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Eastern European Property Fund Ltd. said United Bulgarian Bank (UBB) has signed a five-year lease for office space equivalent to almost 40 percent of 'The Atrium', the property owned by the company in Sofia city centre.
The company said this lease agreement should place the company on target to reach the yield projections set for this property.
