Dyncorp International names William Ballhaus president and CEO
BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - Dyncorp International Inc. said Tuesday that it named William Ballhaus as president and chief executive, effective May 19.
Ballhaus succeeds Herb Lanese, who will retire as CEO but continue to serve on
the company's board.
Ballhaus most recently served as president of the network systems division at BAE Systems (LSE: AP16.L - news) .
Shares of the Falls Church, Va.-based provider of defense, technical and government outsourced products closed Monday at $16.88.
