Cagney says chief executive Paul Simons resigns
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Cagney Plc (LSE: CGNY.L - news) . said chief executive Paul Simons has resigned from the board with immediate
effect.
He will now be on leave for the remainder of his employment, which ends on May 31, the company said.
The marketing services group also said it expects to announce Simons' replacement shortly.
