Italian Stocks - Factors to watch on Aug 12

MILAN, Aug 12 (Reuters) - The following factors could affect Italian markets on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy. New items are marked with (*). BOURSE TRADING The after-hours market is closed. TELECOM ITALIA (Milan: TIT.MI - news) Investors in Telco, Telecom Italia's controlling shareholder, have no intention to recapitalise Telco but will seek financing from a larger group of banks before a 1.617 billion euro ($2.29 billion) loan from UniCredit (Milan: UCG.MI - news) expires in January, La Repubblica reported without citing sources. Telco's members are preparing to renew their pact for another three years, Il Sole 24 Ore (Milan: S24.MI - news) reported, citing stockholder sources. FIAT (Milan: F.MI - news) Asked about possible new Fiat offers for GM (NYSE: GM - news) unit Opel, Fiat Deputy Chairman John Elkann said: 'We have remained as we were before,' Corriere della Sera and other newspapers reported. BUZZI UNICEM (Milan: BZU.MI - news) The company holds a conference call on its results at 0730 GMT. It holds a conference call on its results at 1300 GMT. MONTE PASCHI DI SIENA The bank completed a 4.1 billion euro securitisation of mortgages. * UNICREDIT Credit Suisse raised the price target for the bank's shares to 2.7 euros from 2.3 euros. SMALL AND MID-CAPS RISANAMENTO The real estate company's debt restructuring plan will be presented after the August holidays and could be scrutinised by the board at an Aug. 28 meeting, Il Sole 24 Ore said in an unsourced report. The company could receive 640 million euros overall through the plan, it said. * DATALOGIC (Milan: DAL.MI - news) The chief executive, Mauro Sacchetto, said in an interview with Il Sole 24 Ore that a cost-cutting plan should produce savings of 25 million euros.
