KSK Power Ventur to launch investment company on AIM, Channel Islands
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - KSK Power Ventur Plc (LSE: KSK.L - news) . said it plans to significantly expand its asset management business
by launching KSK Emerging India Energy Fund Ltd., a new investment company which it plans to list separately on AIM and on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX).
Dealings in the fund are expected to commence in early June 2008, KSK, a power project development company with interests in multiple power plants across India, said.
The fund has been granted the opportunity to co-invest up to 20 percent of the equity requirement in any KSK non-power generation investments, KSK added.
