JSC Sitronics says CFO Dmitry Ivanov to resign, Maxim Zhukov named acting CFO
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - JSC Sitronics said its chief financial officer Dmitry Ivanov is leaving the company to pursue an opportunity in another industry sector.
The telecommunications and electronic solutions provider said deputy
chief financial officer Maxim Zhukov has been appointed as acting CFO.
A long-term successor to Ivanov will be appointed in due course and a short list of candidates is currently being considered for the position, the company added.
