Corsie Group appoints administrators

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Corsie Group Plc (LSE: CEG.L - news) ., which specialises in the assembly and sale of products and services
to the leisure market, said on May 9 it appointed, with immediate effect, Blair Nimmo and Gary Fraser of KPMG LLP as its joint administrators.

In April, the company's chief executive officer Richard Corsie, non-executive chairman David Mathewson and non-executive director James Aitken, who was to replace Mathewson as chairman, resigned.

Corsie's shares have been suspended from trading since April 25, pending clarification of the company's financial position.
