NCC signs 275 mln eur revolving credit facility with banks
STOCKHOLM (Thomson Financial) - Swedish construction company, NCC AB said it has signed a 275 mln eur revolving credit facility agreement with a group of banks for a period of 5 years.
The transaction replaces an existing 200 mln
eur revolving credit facility signed in Jan 2005.
'The credit facility ... will primarily be used as a backstop for NCC (Stockholm: NCCB.ST - news) 's commercial paper programs,' the company said.
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, Handelsbanken AB, Nordea Bank AB and Danske Bank A/S (Copenhagen: DDANSKE.CO - news) are among the banks that have signed the agreement.
